No calls required, no sales pitch, no jargon. Here’s exactly what happens, in order. (I like knowing what happens next. I assume you do too.)
The steps
- You fill out the form. Tell me what’s repetitive, what keeps going wrong, and what you use now. Messy answers are fine. Untangling them is literally the job.
- I reply by email. I’ll ask follow-up questions in writing. If a quick call would actually help, I’ll offer one. It’s optional.
- I send you a plan. What I’d fix first, what I’d leave alone, and what it would take. You decide if it’s worth doing.
- I build it. With the tools you already use whenever possible: Google Sheets, forms, email, your calendar. Automations and AI only where they earn their spot.
- You get the keys. Written instructions and a recorded walkthrough. You own it, and it doesn’t depend on me.
Good fit if…
- You do the same task every week and resent it a little more each time
- Your information lives in four places and your head
- You’d rather read an email than sit on a call
- You want something simple you can keep running yourself
Probably not a fit if…
- You need tax prep, bookkeeping, or an audit (I don’t do those)
- You want a big custom software app
- You need someone on the phone every day
Questions people ask
Do I need to be good with technology?
No. If you can use email, you can use what I build. I write the instructions for the version of you who’s tired.
Do we have to talk on the phone?
No. I work mostly in writing. A call is available if you want one, never required.
What tools do you use?
Whatever you already have, first. I often work with Google Sheets, forms, email, Make, Stripe, MailerLite, and AI tools like Claude. New tools only when they’re worth it.
Are you a CPA? Do you do taxes or bookkeeping?
I have an accounting background, but I don’t offer CPA, tax, audit, or bookkeeping services. I use what I learned to build systems that keep your information straight.
What does it cost?
It depends on the size of the project. Tell me what you need and I’ll give you a clear answer in writing before anything starts.
Can I just do it myself?
Yes. That’s why I share builds on video. Hire me when you’d rather not.
Ready when you are.
Start with the form. It takes about five minutes, and you can be vague.
